Suzy Homemaker Washing Machine

When I was little I always wanted a Suzy homemaker oven. (This is Carolyn and not Craig by the way).  I never did get one. (Why was that dad--mom?). But God is good and gives us the desires of our hearts. I now have a Suzy homemaker washing machine! It does real laundry--kind of.
It's so light, that even with my bad back I can carry it out of the room it is stored in, out to the hose area where I wash the close. I use the term "wash" loosley.
Here's what I have to do.
1. Carry the washing machine outside. Find an extension cord and plug in the machine.
2. Fill the tub with water from the outside hose.
3. Put in one towel, two shirts, three pairs of underwear and six socks. (We are now at full capacity)
4. Turn the dial to 15 minute agitation.
5. Unhook the little drain hose from the side of the machine and lay it on the ground.
6. Turn the dial to drain.
7. Take the hose and refill the drum with water for the rinse cycle.
8. Unhook the little hose again and drain out the rinse water.
9.Take the towel out and ring it out by hand and place it in the spin compartment next to the wash compartment. Repeat ringing out process with remaining items.
10. Spin the one towel (or 3 undies, 6 socks etc) for about 15 minutes.
11.Take the towel out and hang it one the close line.
12. Repeat until all garments have been spun.
Pretty sure it would be faster to do this by hand with a rock in the river.
Lesson to be learned here. Be careful what you wish for.

Our wild cat, "Bobby", accidentally got locked on our "tree house" for 24 hours, and hacked up 4 hair balls on the bed sheets. Pretty sure that was his way of saying he did NOT appreciate being locked in there alone for 24 hours.
We have had to leave the tree house until our floor model air conditioner comes sometime this week.
Thank God we were able to come back to Aberthany's cabana which has an air conditioner.
